What is it?

Bees collect nectar from flowers to produce honey, storing it in small hexagonal cells they construct and seal with beeswax. This is known as honeycomb.

Our expert beekeeper sustainably harvests this fresh honeycomb, ensuring that the colony has plenty left, and carefully cuts it into pieces by hand. 

Since the pollen used to create our honeycomb primarily comes from acacia flowers, it features a fragrant acacia blossom aroma and a naturally sweet, floral flavour recognised as one of the best by the Great Taste Awards. 

How can I eat it?

• Fresh honeycomb is perfectly safe to eat raw, including the wax. You can enjoy it with a spoon or take a bite for a truly indulgent treat.
• It is a delicious addition to yoghurt or porridge, or you can place it on top of golden toast and let it gently melt for the perfect gourmet start to your day.
• You can also serve it with ice cream or mix it into tea or coffee as a natural sugar substitute.
