CaberNero is a premium dry rosé crafted in a Provençal style by expertly blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Néró grapes, resulting in a unique experience.
The vines are cultivated in select vineyards known for their complex loess soil over limestone bedrock. The perfectly ripe grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and then partially fermented and aged in new oak barrels.
This wine features an elegant salmon-pink hue and intense aromas of raspberry, strawberry, wild cherry, bubble gum, and cream. On the palate, it is fruit-forward, with prominent creamy notes of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry. The vibrant acidity creates a well-balanced profile, complemented by gentle tannins and a medium body.
Food Pairing
It is an excellent companion to Mediterranean cuisine, pairing wonderfully with dishes such as Niçoise salad, grilled seafood, tapenade, or chicken served with a herb butter sauce. It also complements goat cheese beautifully, makes a refreshing summer aperitif, or pairs well with strawberries and cream.
